Located in Beautiful Kodiak, Alaska, the CROWS NEST vacation rental home is your home away from home, featuring all of the amenities that you will need for a relaxing stay.
This is an Iconic and historic Kodiak Home, originally built by Henry Neseth in 1930. Henry and his wife Eunice, an Alutiiq woman from the old Native village of Afognak, lived in this house for many years. The current owners bought the house 1996, and have maintained, repaired, and remodeled it over the years.

The Maximum occupancy is five people and amenities include:

  • A comfortable open living room and Kitchen area, with beautiful views of the Saint Paul Harbor, Near Island Channel, and Chiniak Bay, from the Near Island Bridge to the Main Airport. The living room has a 75” flat screen LG TV with Wi-Fi channels, and an ION Bluetooth speaker

  • One Large Bedroom with a harbor/channel/bay view, queen sized bed, work desk, bedside tables with lamp/ usb ports, dresser and closet

  • One small bedroom with a harbor/channel/bay view, and twin sized bed, bedside table with lamp

  • Queen Hide-a-bed Sofa in the living room

  • Kitchen with silverware, cookware, dinnerware, electric glass-top stove and oven, microwave, drip-grind coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, air-popcorn-popper, refrigerator w/freezer and icemaker & filtered water dispenser

  • Spacious entryway with washer and dryer and plenty of storage space for footwear, coats and rain gear, backpacks, and small personal equipment

  • Large Open Deck with a full view -from the Near Island Bridge to the Kodiak Airport, 3-Burner Gas BBQ, Comfortable Collapsible Deck Chairs, and a Deck Table made from locally sawn spruce planks and driftwood
